Which countries does Jordan Moda ship to?

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Order Confirmation
When will I receive an order confirmation?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have registered your order in our system and begun processing it.

Order Tracking
How can I track my order?

The tracking code will be sent to you by email within 24 hours of your package being shipped.

Delivery Details
How long does delivery take?

The average delivery time is:

Processing time: 1-2 days (Mon-Sat)
Delivery time: 4-7 days (Mon-Sat)
If you place your order before 3:00 PM (GMT+01:00), it will be processed the same day.

Shipping Costs
Are there shipping costs?

No, all our products are delivered free of charge. There is no minimum order value.

Delayed Orders
What can I do if my order is delayed?

If the maximum processing and delivery time has been exceeded and your order has not yet arrived, it may take up to two additional days. Please check your tracking number. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us, quoting your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
What can I do if my package is damaged or contains the wrong items?

Take photos of the problem and briefly describe it. Please contact us, quoting your order number. We will take care of resolving the issue.
