4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We currently accept the following payment methods:
American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, and Visa.
Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout. Orders will be processed only after payment has been successfully received.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is available exclusively within the United States and is free of charge.
Orders placed by 3:00 PM (GMT-05:00 New York) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday)
Delivery time: 4–7 business days (Monday – Saturday)
No processing or delivery occurs on Sundays or public holidays.

6. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
If you received damaged or incorrect items, we will cover all related return shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you wish to cancel after shipping, you can initiate a return after delivery according to our return policy.
8. Warranty and Defective Items
We warrant that all products are free from material defects upon delivery.
If a product is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@jordanmoda.com with your order details and photos of the item.
We will replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jordan Moda TRADE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
